Here in California, we are starting to feel the edges of the coming Summer. Days are warming up, the sunsets are becoming more impressive, there is a slight laziness to the time of day. And I don’t know about you but I start to struggle with energetic inspiration, devotion to my work and growth of my business even tho I absolutely love all of it! There is a sweetness to this coming season as we shift out of our “regular” schedule and rhythm.

As lovely as this time of year can be, it is sometimes challenging to allow for the transition. Letting go of our feelings of control that comes with structures, timelines, places to be and things to get done can take a bit of time. Sometimes it’s about trusting that everything won’t completely fall apart if we loosen our grip but also, what if it does? When we remember to hold things lightly we give freedom for the natural rhythms and transformations of life to find us. There is a real beauty in allowing the shifts to happen, releasing “control”and listening for the questions and answers to arrive in the stillness and quiet.

I recently ( and finally ) acknowledged and accepted that my life has been one of endless evolution and growth that I have very willingly called in and walked toward. It was incredibly difficult and even upsetting at the beginning but now, I find myself almost eager to seek and find the lessons, experiences and people who inevitably create profound growth in me and for me. And then, of course, I love helping to guide others on this same journey!

I do have some personal transitions happening at this moment and some slight shifts in and with my work/business. Nothing major or challenging! But, again, I know that small gentle changes are often the beginnings of bigger transformations and I welcome with open arms. Come what may..

~One small thing, I finally created some packages of my services to assist in the consistency of your care and keeping of your wellbeing and healing journey. Plus, save you some money!
