Greetings,
It is has been a minute since I have written anything! Life has been constant and ever changing hasn't it? So much to hold. So much to take in. So much to navigate. But we must. And we need to remember the importance of US. The space we take up, the life we offer, the existence we create. To fill our cup and hold our joy. I do my best to honor, share and impart what I can to support the care and keeping of you.
My Grandaddy used to say "Brighten the corner where you are" often enough that it is in my mind always. I find myself repeatedly sharing this with clients. It is such a simple idea and a doable task. And it helps. It helps to focus on simply finding some brightness. It helps to share it with others. It helps to watch it grow.
We are in the midst of phenomenal upheaval. There is chaos, trauma, tragedy, heartbreak, shock, overwhelm. We are being asked to hold and carry so much. And we do.
It is critical that we give attention to the extremely important care and keeping of ourselves. When our nervous systems are spun and unregulated, when our minds cannot receive anymore information, when our hearts are endlessly breaking, we must call ourselves back. Back to our essence, our soul, our center, our strength. We must remain rooted and tethered. Keep our attachment to source/divinity. With this, we can continue to rise up, reach out, help steady ourselves and one another. We can meet the coming revolution with strength and resolve.
